After much reflection, Tom Zauli has decided to step down as CEO of SOFTRAX. He emphasized that this is the right time for him to make this transition, especially since SOFTRAX is in such a strong position today. Tom stated, “I can’t believe how quickly the time has flown by! For purely personal reasons, I’ve decided that now is the time for me to retire. I’m leaving the company in great hands—SOFTRAX is full of smart, talented people, and I know that as the team continues to develop products and support our revenue solutions, they’ll keep evolving and succeeding under the experienced leadership we have in place. It is business as usual for all of SOFTRAX moving forward.”
Under Tom’s guidance and leadership, SOFTRAX has achieved significant milestones and established a strong foundation for the future. We are all grateful for his vision, dedication, and the positive impact he has had on SOFTRAX over these past years.
As we look ahead, we’re both excited and confident about what lies ahead. Our experienced leadership team is ready to guide us into this new chapter, and we remain as committed as ever to our mission and the ongoing success of the SOFTRAX Revenue Management System (RMS).
Matt Scholl, TELEO Operating Partner, will step in as interim CEO during this transition. “I’m honored to help lead SOFTRAX during this transition and grateful for the support of our entire team,” said Matt. “I am excited to work closely with Graham Hulme (COO), who will manage the day-to-day operations. I know he’ll keep things running smoothly and continue building on the strong foundation Tom has set. Tom’s leadership and expertise have made a difference, and we all wish him the best in his next adventure.”
So, here’s to Tom—thank you for everything! We wish you all the best in your next adventure. And here’s to the future of SOFTRAX. It’s onwards and upwards!
