RevenueRecognition.com in association with IDC, presents the findings from a survey of 400 business leaders on the impact of Sarbanes-Oxley on revenue recognition practices. The report shows that more than half (55%) of all public companies have changed revenue recognition policies as a result of Sarbanes-Oxley and that many of these changes were “moderate” to “significant”. Other findings include the impact of business models, ongoing control risks, technology plans, costs, and outsourcing.
